Service restored at 9:34am ET - The Claravine platform response times were restored to allow customers to view their application pages. Claravine isolated the issue to a specific infrastructure pod and took actions to restore it. Incident reported at 9:13am ET - The Claravine platform was reported to have degraded response times and customers may have been temporarily unable to view certain application pages.
Adobe confirmed reports of processing issues on Adobe Analytics that started on Sep 3, 2025, and that Adobe is actively investigating. Claravine will share an update as soon as we receive more information.
Resolved - Adobe Analytics processing times are observed to be back to normal. Claravine will continue to monitor and stay in close communication with Adobe.

The team is actively monitoring delays with the Adobe Classification API. Relevant 3rd parties have been notified of the increased latency and are investigating. Users may see submissions run longer than normal until the 3rd party API latency is resolved.

Claravine has monitored the Adobe API long enough to establish that delays are no longer happening. If customers still experience delays, please reach out to your Admin or CSM.

Traffic to our servers briefly increased by 25,000%. For a 5-minute period, most users experienced general slowness, and a small number of users experienced problems loading pages. We are keeping a close eye on the situation to avoid further disruptions.
We have received reports that certain users are unable to login to the Claravine platform using SSO-based accounts. We are currently investigating the issue.

As of 8:14 AM PST, Amazon Web Services (AWS) resolved the issue Internet connectivity issue and restored normal service to the US-WEST-2 Region where the Claravine application is hosted. Our engineering team has confirmed all Claravine services have returned to normal service. We will continue to monitor the application for issues throughout the day.
