When responding to a form respondents experienced a blank page rather than the expected "thank you" confirmation page or configured form redirect. For single page forms the response would still be collected, integrations triggered and emails notifications delivered. The issue prevented respondents from being redirect to complete a signature or payment. For multiple page forms, the submission would be interrupted after the first page. Respondents would see a blank page but the partial response was collected.
