Some merchants in Germany using Cash Registers may notice that the signature is missing from their receipts. Please be assured that this does not affect your ability to take payments. All receipts created during this incident remain compliant, and all transactions are still captured in the DSFinV-K report, available for tax audits. Some merchants may see their payout as pending in the Zettle backoffice despite the funds having been processed successfully and without delay.

Between 5:30 and 6:20 PM CET, some merchants experienced difficulties accepting card payments. The issue has now been resolved. Our systems are fully operational again, and payments are being processed as expected. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this disruption may have caused.

Some merchants may have had issues logging in to our app on iOS devices between 12:00-17:40 CET today. This has been addressed and the app is back to operating normally. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our Android users are currently experiencing issues with accepting PayPal QRC & Venmo QRC payments running on app version 8.18.0 We're aware of the issue and are working on finding a resolution. Thank you for your patience.
