The integrated clock-in with RPOS and Teamwork has been resolved. Online Ordering continues to be down and the team is exploring a workaround to remove the dependency impacted by AWS.

The AWS Outage continues to impact SpotOn's funding distributions. While SpotOn has received the funds to disburse, we have been working with our 3rd party disbursement firm to distribute the funds but they and their bank have been impacted by the AWS outage. They are currently triaging the situation on their end with the goal of getting all merchants their funds today. More details to come as the situation continues to develop.
Any merchants who are on accelerated ACH funding will not receive their funds today (we are now targeting a deposit of tomorrow, 10/21/25). We are still investigating with our third party distributor to deposit funds for any merchants on RTP funding. Employees that receive tips through DayCheck will experience transfer delays.
DayCheck tip transfers are operational again, including both new transfers and the execution of those that were pending during the outage.
We received confirmation that the disbursements from today have succeeded. Accelerated ACH merchants will have rolled over to Standard ACH and will receive their weekend funds tomorrow. RTP merchants would have already received their funds in their account.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is experiencing an outage that is resulting in some users not being able to access reporting and dashboard. We are monitoring their updates and working to mitigate any downstream effects on our services. We will continue to provide updates as AWS releases more information.
