What to expect: -Analytics dashboards may not load or display the latest data until AWS systems are fully restored. -Once AWS recovery is complete, our team will re-run all ETL processes to backfill data. During this period, some dashboards may appear slightly behind. -The Reports section remains available and should load normally, though performance may slow if multiple filters are applied simultaneously. Once the root issue was identified, the team quickly reverted the update, which restored service stability. The Engineering team has since reviewed and updated deployment protocols to prevent this type of incidents from occurring again in the future.
