There was an issue impacting SurveyMonkey accounts hosted on our Canadian data centres, where users faced issues with exporting survey results from 10:48AM to 1:15AM (PST). This issue is now resolved and exporting should work correctly now.

We’ve identified an issue where surveys created using “Make a copy”/"Copy existing" may not appear in the survey list if a collector isn’t created, even though a draft version is generated in the background. We are aware of an issue with the Audience preview tool showing an error when attempting to access. This issue is only impacting logged out customers. If you login, the tool should work as normal. We are currently working on a solution for this issue.
