Members Platform experienced a brief service disruption lasting approximately 6 minutes. During this period, members may have encountered connection errors or been unable to log in. The root cause was identified as a brief edge network routing anomaly, which was corrected immediately. All systems are operating normally, and no further impact is expected.

Hello, There are several fiber cuts around Europe impacting the traffic between multiple providers. Please expect during the incident a higher latency or delayed responses in validations.
