   Wir sehen erhöhte Fehler und Timeouts von einer der APIs unserer SIS-Partner, die die Ursache für diese Verzögerungen zu sein scheint. Der Import von Schulen auf dieser Plattform dauert viel länger als normal, und da sich SIS-Jobs eine Bearbeitungswarteschlange teilen, verzögert dieser Rückstand auch Schulen auf anderen SIS-Plattformen. Dies ist auch breiter als unser erstes Update angegeben. Zusätzlich zu Verzögerungen beim Import von Daten in Ruvna verzögert sich die SIS-Rückschreibung von Attendance. Die in Ruvna aufgezeichnete Teilnahme wird derzeit nicht nach dem üblichen Zeitplan in Ihr SIS zurückgeschickt. Die Teilnahme in Ruvna ist gespeichert und genau, und nichts muss wieder betreten werden. Ausstehende Datensätze werden in Ihr SIS zurückschreiben, sobald die Warteschlange gelöscht wird. Die Anwesenheit, die Anzeige von Dienstplänen und alle anderen Ruvna-Funktionen funktionieren weiterhin normal. Wir arbeiten daran, die Auswirkungen der betroffenen Importe auf den Rest der Warteschlange zu begrenzen und überwachen den Status unseres Partners.
