   Am morgen des samstags, 10 oktober, einige geplante hintergrundprozesse auf dem sticky. Die io-plattform verzögerte sich, während unser team routinemäßige sicherheitswartungen durchführte. Unser Ingenieurteam identifizierte das Problem an diesem Morgen und arbeitete den ganzen Tag über den Rückstand in der Warteschlange. Verzögerte wiederkehrende Bestellungen wurden bearbeitet, sobald die Warteschlange aufgeholt wurde, so dass einige Rechnungen später als ihre geplante Zeit liefen. Alle betroffenen Arbeitsplätze sind seitdem abgeschlossen. Wenn Sie wiederkehrende Bestellungen sehen, die noch nicht verarbeitet aussehen, oder Exporte, die nicht abgeschlossen wurden, wenden Sie sich bitte an den Support mit den entsprechenden Bestell- oder Export-IDs und wir werden sie sofort überprüfen.    On June 17th, 2025, approximately between 2:03 pm and 2:20 pm Eastern time, Sticky.io experienced a temporary outage that affected merchants’ interface as well as APIs, due to an internal error with a backend data update. Once the root issue was identified, the team quickly reverted the update, which restored service stability. The Engineering team has since reviewed and updated deployment protocols to prevent this type of incidents from occurring again in the future.

This issue has been addressed and corrected.
