Ο πάροχος έχει αποκαταστήσει την υπηρεσία εσωτερικά και την δοκιμάζει μέσα σε μια νύχτα, με αναμενόμενη απελευθέρωση μόλις ολοκληρωθεί η δοκιμή. Θα δημοσιεύσουμε μια ενημέρωση μόλις συνεχιστεί η συλλογή.

   Ο ανάντη πάροχος δεδομένων ειδήσεων έχει αποκαταστήσει την πρόσβαση στο API τους και η συλλογή αναφορών ειδήσεων έχει επαναληφθεί. Το περιεχόμενο που δημοσιεύεται κατά τη διάρκεια της διακοπής επανεπεξεργασία στο πλευρό τους και μπορεί να πάρει μερικές ημέρες για να γίνει πλήρως διαθέσιμο. Θα δημοσιεύσουμε μια ενημέρωση μόλις το backlog έχει εκκαθαριστεί.

   Τα νέα αναφέρουν ότι η συλλογή λειτουργεί κανονικά και πάλι. Ορισμένα εναπομείναντα περιεχόμενο από την περίοδο διακοπής εξακολουθούν να επεξεργάζονται εκ νέου από τον ανάντη πάροχο μας, έτσι ένας μικρός αριθμός αναφορών από αυτό το παράθυρο μπορεί να συνεχίσει να εμφανίζεται τις επόμενες ημέρες.

   A critical incident currently affecting our CDN provider Cloudflare has led to service interruption across all Altmetric products. We are following upstream updates and will perform any recovery actions as required. We will update once we have further details.

   Our upstream CDN Cloudflare has now identified the root cause of the incident and is in the process of restoring services. Interruptions to service for Altmetric applications are still possible at this point.
