Campaign sends are currently paused. Our engineering team has identified the issue, and we are working to fix it.

Campaign sends have resumed. We are now sending any campaigns that were not sent between 1:04 PM and 4:25 PM ET. All future scheduled campaigns will be sent as normal.

All campaign functionality is fully restored.

20:45 UTC We are monitoring a partial outage of our external cloud provider.

21:45 UTC We are monitoring a partial outage of our external cloud provider. They have begun to apply remediation and we are seeing initial recovery.

22:12 UTC We are still monitoring a partial outage of our external cloud provider. Recovery trend continues and is steadily approaching resolution.

22:35 UTC Our cloud provider has given the all clear and we can confirm we see full recovery.

Due to an issue with one of our upstream providers Attentive has temporarily paused message sending and showing signup units, and reports cannot be downloaded. Some pages in the application may also be slow to respond. We are working on addressing the issue.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
