BetterCloud was able to automatically reconnect a subset of customer affected Integrations. However, we advise any customer utilizing the Office 365 Integration within BetterCloud User Automation to check the Integration Center and manually reconnect as needed using the directions in our help center article.    We have monitored for stability and concluded this issue is resolved. This incident prevented the Workflow's UI and the Action menu from loading correctly. Further analysis showed this incident caused a delay for Workflows executed manually/scheduled to execute via the UI (ie: On Demand). All impacted Workflows have since processed as expected. A related issue causing certain tasks including signature policies, sheet imports/exports, and reports to take longer than expected was fixed today.
