We're experiencing issues with a data provider affecting the "Find More Contact Details" functionality and related contact enrichments in Lists and the Company profile (Web Visitors, Target and Campaigns). The functionality is currently not working correctly for users, where they may get errors or empty results when used. We are looking to resolve the situation as soon as possible, although it may take some time until we are able to resolve the issue today with the data provider.
The "Find More Contact Details" feature in Lists and the Company profile (Web Visitors, Target and Campaigns) is working again normally.

We’ve identified an issue where our system for detecting companies in the news has not been running for the past week. As a result: - No newer news entries are appearing in Connect. - The news endpoint in the xEchobot API is affected when a company ID is passed. - Echobot Monitoring is not displaying results for company search profiles. Our team is actively working on a fix, and we will provide updates as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience!
