We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting all outbound emails sent from our platform, due to an outage at our downstream email provider. This impacts system-generated messages such as voicemail notifications, call recordings, and user-composed emails sent through our email service. A support ticket has been opened with the provider, and our team is actively working with them to resolve the issue. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We are currently experiencing issues affecting some eVoice services due to ongoing incidents with Cloudflare and Google Cloud Platform. We have identified an issue with our third-party carrier that is affecting new phone number assignments. Existing customers are not affected. We will continue to monitor this issue and provide updates.

Our carrier has resolved the issue, and new sign-ups are now being processed. However, there is still a backlog for customers who signed up between 11:40 AM and 01:00 PM EST. These numbers are still being processed by our carrier and should be updated shortly.

At 5:50 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), an issue impacting calls and web services on the Onebox and eVoice platforms was detected. The root cause was identified and resolved at 7:27 PM EST. We apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused.

Starting at 1 AM EST, one of our security vendors started experiencing a widespread issue, they are currently working on a fix and we will roll that out as soon as possible. We will provide more updates as ASAP

We detected failures in our Voice to Text transcription service as well as a delay in our Voicemail notification emails of ~30 min. The problem appeared to be a global DNS outage, which was restored. Probable cause was an issue with Akamai, and global edge DNS provider.

We experienced a DB slowdown from 9:20 AM to 9:30 AM today, that caused some calls and web sites to not be responsive. At 9:30 AM EDT the problem cleared.
