We are currently having an issue with ID Monitoring in F-Secure Total. The visible effect of this is that users will receive an internal error page when using ID Monitoring. The user cannot add a new monitoring entry/item. We are working to fix the issue as soon as possible. Note: There is no impact on any existing installations and security features.

The issue has been fixed and ID Monitoring is working normally again.

We are currently having an issue with My F-Secure and Partner Portal. Users will not be able to access these sites to manage and install F-Secure products. There is no impact on any existing installations and security features.

The issue has been fixed. Logins and installs work again as expected.

We would like to let you know that unfortunately Partner Portal is down at the moment. Logins for partners are not working. We are working to fix the issue as soon as possible.

We have successfully fixed the issue with Partner Portal. Login is working again as expected.
