   Έχουμε λάβει προσωρινά υπηρεσία GetFeedback μας εκτός σύνδεσης για να εκτελέσει επείγουσα προληπτική συντήρηση ασφαλείας. Παρακαλείστε να σημειώσετε ότι δεν υπάρχουν ενδείξεις παραβίασης της ασφάλειας ή συμβιβασμού στα συστήματά μας. Λαμβάνουμε ενεργά αυτά τα μέτρα ως προληπτικό μέτρο για να διασφαλίσουμε την πλήρη προστασία των υποδομών και των δεδομένων των πελατών μας. Οι ομάδες μηχανικών και ασφαλείας μας εφαρμόζουν ενεργά τις απαραίτητες ενημερώσεις και δοκιμές της υπηρεσίας. Notably, respondents should still be able to access and complete GetFeedback surveys.

   Due to an ongoing AWS issue (which can be monitored at https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status), there is a significant portion of GetFeedback Direct and Digital users that cannot access the site (i.e. encountering 500 error).
