      The issue identified is resulting in slowness on our services and sometimes, some service requests may time out. Our upstream provider is working on resolving the issue. Updates here will be limited as the issue is not within our control. We apologise for the disruption.

      An issue with a third-party DNS has left our site inaccessible. The fix has already been implemented but will take time to roll-out.

      The issue has been identified as a problem with our DNS propagation for our loadbalanced services. This is unfortunately with our third-party DNS provider and out of our control. An incident will be raised with our third-party directly. We will continue to monitor and a further update will be added shortly.
