We're making infrastructure upgrades today that can result in elevated error rates through the API and some loss of service availability while data is moved to its new destination database in some cases!
An incident affecting API availability was observed at 3PM PST and emergency updates were installed. Availability of the API has now been resolved.
API availability interruption this morning from 11am - 2:30pm PST that caused data collection interruption as well as some dashboard unavailability through the UI. This issue has since been resolved and we have updated the configuration responsible for monitoring being missed in this incident and we are keeping a close eye on the stability of the platform.
