We are currently investigating reports of employee profiles failing to load at some client sites. We will provide further updates as they become available.

We have identified the issue and are implementing a fix to address it. In the meantime, please refrain from saving changes to the Company Settings > Profile Fields page.

All employee profiles should now load as expected. We are working to resolve a remaining issue that is resulting in Org Unit information displaying incorrectly on some profiles and in Company Settings.

E-Verify is currently experiencing an issue impacting the ability to submit cases using a passport as a form of identification. This issue requires work on the E-Verify side of our integration, and they are actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Until a fix is implemented, you can use other forms of accepted identification to submit your case. If this is not possible, E-Verify has assured us that there will be no liability on your part for any late submissions. When you are able to submit your case, you can select "Technical Issues" as a late filing reason. We will provide an update once E-Verify has confirmed they've resolved the issue.

We are investigating an issue preventing some recently terminated employee profiles from being automatically updated to inactive on their termination date. In the interim, users can manually update the status field to "Inactive Employee" for terminated employees' to ensure those employees will no longer have access to their site.

The root cause of the issue has been identified and we are working to implement a fix and update relevant terminated employees.

We have implemented a fix to ensure that terminated employee profiles are updated as expected and have updated all impacted employee profiles accordingly.

We are currently investigating an issue that is impacting users from accessing or using E-Verify services from Namely.

We are continuing to investigate an issue that is preventing some clients from saving any new changes to the employee's Current Payroll Information section of their profile, which could prevent them from being included in upcoming pay cycles. We recommend reviewing employee profiles carefully to ensure changes are saved. Please note the submission deadline for all pay cycles due today has been extended to 6 pm ET while we are working to resolve this issue.

We have deployed a fix that will allow changes to employees' Current Payroll Information to be properly saved in their profiles. We are monitoring this issue to ensure that the root cause has been completely addressed.
