   Όσον αφορά τα δύο ευρέως διαφημιζόμενα τρωτά σημεία PHP CVE-2026-109618 και CVE-2026-109619, διευκρινίζουμε ότι η Proemion δεν χρησιμοποιεί την επηρεαζόμενη τεχνολογία σε οποιοδήποτε μέρος του DataPlatform ή των επικουρικών συστημάτων της. Γνωρίσαμε τα τρωτά σημεία της 21ης Οκτωβρίου 13:05 CEST και αμέσως συντονίσαμε εσωτερικά για να αξιολογήσουμε τον κίνδυνο που περιοριζόταν στην ιστοσελίδα της Proemion. Στήσαμε ένα στατικό αντίγραφο της ιστοσελίδας και στη συνέχεια πήραμε τις υπηρεσίες offline μέχρι μετά την παροχή και εγκατάσταση ενός patch. Επιπλέον, περιμέναμε 12 ώρες χρόνο ψύξης πριν επαναφέρουμε την ιστοσελίδα. Δεν υπάρχουν στοιχεία ότι τα τρωτά σημεία χρησιμοποιήθηκαν με επιτυχία κατά της ιστοσελίδας. Η ιστοσελίδα Proemion λειτουργεί σε ξεχωριστή υποδομή χωρίς καμία σύνδεση με τις άλλες υπηρεσίες μας. Διαβιβάζουμε αυτή τη δήλωση σε όλους τους πελάτες που μπορεί να τη χρειάζονται για τους δικούς τους σκοπούς.

   We are experiencing a local outage of the system linked to DataPlatform that serves for device activation processes like GoLive, Tariff Change, Contract Renewal and the hosting contract overview. The device activation functions (Go Live, Tariff Change, Renewals, Cancellation) on DataPortal and REST API are currently not possible. Also the hosting contract overview on Data Portal and REST API may not show all details. Our engineers are working on restoring the functionality.

   At 00:41 CEST Digicert notified us of the following incident: https://www.digicert.com/support/certificate-revocation-incident We promptly verified that we were affected and are taking the necessary steps as instructed by Digicert to reissue and deploy new certificates. Based on previous experience with certificate renewals and rollouts we are confident that we can deploy new certificates before the revocation goes into effect. We expect no interruptions to services. We will post regular updates on this incident during the day.
