   Όπως εντοπίσαμε και παρακολουθήσαμε μία από τις υπηρεσίες προμηθευτών / συνεργατών μας που έχουν θέματα διαθεσιμότητας, ορισμένοι από τους πελάτες μας θα αντιμετώπιζαν προβλήματα στην υλοτομία στην πλατφόρμα μας. Εργαζόμαστε ενεργά πάνω στις δυνατότητες αποκατάστασης και παρακολουθούμε στενά τις εξαρτημένες υπηρεσίες πωλητή/συνεργάτη για να φέρουμε την πλατφόρμα μας σε πλήρη κατάσταση εργασίας. Θα διατηρήσουμε μια ενεργή επικοινωνία σχετικά με αυτό το θέμα.

   Καθώς οι υπηρεσίες depdendent πωλητή/συνεργάτη ανακάμπτουν, βλέπουμε μείωση των αποτυχιών σύνδεσης. Παρατηρούνται όμως κάποια σποραδικά ζητήματα. Θα συνεχίσουμε να αναφέρουμε την πρόοδο του κράτους μέχρι να επιτύχουμε πλήρη ανάρρωση

   Αφού επικυρώσαμε τη σταθερότητα των υπηρεσιών πωλητή/συνεργάτη στις οποίες οι υπηρεσίες μας έχουν εξάρτηση, μπορέσαμε να συσχετίσουμε τη μείωση των σφαλμάτων σύνδεσης στην πλατφόρμα μας. Η πτωτική τάση των επαναλαμβανόμενων σφαλμάτων επιβεβαιώνεται μετά από λεπτομερή παρατήρηση. Αυτό απέδειξε ότι οι υπηρεσίες μας είναι πίσω στο κανονικό

   Το περιστατικό λύθηκε μέσω της εσωτερικής μας λύσης. Όλες οι υπηρεσίες πίσω στο κανονικό. Θα συνεχίσουμε με τον πωλητή-συνεργάτη μας για να φτάσουμε σύντομα στην κανονική κατάσταση. Αλλά όλες οι υπηρεσίες μας επέστρεψαν στο φυσιολογικό

   We have observed a login access issue in our platform and our users are bound to get impacted. Investigation is ongoing. We are working towards restoring the access as soon as possible.

   We are aware that Microsoft Azure is experiencing a global outage which is causing users not to be able to login to Sequoia OS. We are monitoring the situation closely and will keep you posted on updates.    As the Microsoft Azure services recovered, subsequently our Sequoia OS platform login access has been restored. We will keep regular monitoring of the platform for any immediate follow-ups that may be required.

   We are currently investigating the issue. preliminary analysis point to one of our vendor IDP. We will update the progress promptly

   We found the root cause of the issue which is due to the global outage of our identity provider service ( IDP ). We are exploring workarounds and at the same time closely monitoring the situation on the IDP side outage.

   We applied a workaround to solve the issue for majority of our clients. Meanwhile the global outage with our IDP persists. We will keep updating the status as we get further progress

   Due to technical issues in our platform improvement activity, currently our HRX and PX portals are down. We are actively and urgently investigating the cause and working on a fix. We will keep prompt update on the progress.

   Due to AWS Operation issues, namely "Network services" breakdown since 11.45 PST Sep 19 2023, we were facing outage in our Payroll and Payroll Calendar features for our PX and HRX portals The root cause communicated from AWS is that their network service performance encountered high latencies due to high load issues in underlining systems. There were some partial impact to other services randomly if any new connections set up , as per the nature of the incident from AWS. Around 15:43 PST, AWS notified that there is a workaround being applied step-wise and sooner it would cover more broader systems that impacted our services. Around 19:15 PST, the fix from AWS restored the underlying services which resolved the related issues. All our systems tested fine and services restored.
