   Το πρωί του Σαββάτου της 10ης Οκτωβρίου, μερικές προγραμματισμένες διαδικασίες στο παρασκήνιο. Η πλατφόρμα του Ιο καθυστέρησε όσο η ομάδα μας εκτελούσε συντήρηση ρουτίνας. Η ομάδα μηχανικών μας εντόπισε το θέμα εκείνο το πρωί και δούλεψε μέσα από το backlog της ουράς όλη την ημέρα. Καθυστερημένες επαναλαμβανόμενες παραγγελίες υποβλήθηκαν σε επεξεργασία μόλις η ουρά έφτασε, έτσι κάποια rebills έτρεξε αργότερα από την προγραμματισμένη ώρα τους. Από τότε έχουν ολοκληρωθεί όλες οι επηρεαζόμενες θέσεις εργασίας. What to expect: -Analytics dashboards may not load or display the latest data until AWS systems are fully restored. -Once AWS recovery is complete, our team will re-run all ETL processes to backfill data. During this period, some dashboards may appear slightly behind. -The Reports section remains available and should load normally, though performance may slow if multiple filters are applied simultaneously.    On June 17th, 2025, approximately between 2:03 pm and 2:20 pm Eastern time, Sticky.io experienced a temporary outage that affected merchants’ interface as well as APIs, due to an internal error with a backend data update. Once the root issue was identified, the team quickly reverted the update, which restored service stability. The Engineering team has since reviewed and updated deployment protocols to prevent this type of incidents from occurring again in the future.

   From February 27th to 11:30 AM Eastern on February 28th, we detected a time zone configuration issue during a critical database update process that led to intermittent problems with scheduled rebilling. This issue has been addressed and corrected. Moving forward, all scheduled rebills will run at their normally scheduled time and any rebills that were missed will be processed with the next scheduled rebill job.

Please note that Analytics operations may still be impacted while we bring the system back to full stability.
