Automatic recurring charges that happen through those recurring invoices are also impacted due to this. Google Play billing is experiencing an issue, impacting existing Wave customers on Android from upgrading to Pro or Receipts Plans via mobile. New Wave customers on Android are also blocked from completing sign-up via mobile. Web application access and sign-up is not impacted.
