At 8:48am EST, our assessment partner reported issues that impacted our ability to deliver assignments and view assignment reports. They have since resolved this issue. However, there were extenuating impacts on bigideasmath.com that require restoring assessment data from an earlier backup. This will take some time due to the volume of data to be restored. Until then, most assignment features remain unavailable. Once this data is restored, all data should be recovered successfully. We will continue to keep you updated until restoration is complete. We appreciate your continued patience.
Current and historical assignments should be available now. Additionally, new assignments are able to be made. We continue to work with our assessment partner to restore any outstanding data, especially If a student completed work on an assignment between 10:00-11:00 am EST on Monday, March 3rd. We are currently working on resolving the "Learnosity Fatal Init Error" message that is appearing for some assignments. In the meantime, teachers can resolve this issue by editing their assignment's title to remove all non alpha numeric characters such as slashes.
A fix for this issue is currently being tested for a release early next week. In the meantime, you can continue to edit the assignment's title to remove any special characters, leaving just letters and numbers.
