Our Shopify app experienced an instability in the integration of some orders late yesterday afternoon (December 17, 2025). Our team acted promptly and the integration was normalized yesterday.

The Client Portal is currently down due to a Global Front Door issue with Microsoft Azure. We are closely monitoring the situation and waiting for Azure services to be restored so the portal can come back online. Azure status page: https://azure.status.microsoft/pt-br/status
