We are aware of intermittent connectivity issues affecting DonorDrive. This appears to be caused by a widespread problem with Cloudflare and specifically ,the CDN. We are working with their support personnel to assist in rectification.

We are aware of an issue where a small subset of users encounter an error on the final confirmation screen when registering for events. Our team has identified the cause and is actively working to implement a resolution. We understand the disruption this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue.

On August 6, 2025, some users experienced errors when registering for events with registration forms that included conditional form fields. Our team identified the issue, which was related to underlying form validation, and has implemented a fix. We understand this may have caused frustration, and we appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve the issue.

AWS and Cloudflare are experiencing degraded performance, which may impact transaction processing on your site. This is sporadic and will not affect all users. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update when we can.

DonorDrive Sites were inaccessible between 1:39AM and 3:06AM on Friday, July 19th 2024. This was due to the global outages created by the Crowdstrike issue - https://www.crowdstrike.com/blog/statement-on-falcon-content-update-for-windows-hosts/. Our early detection and quick action mitigated the impact and all systems are fully functional with no further interruption expected. We are aware of a Meta service outage affecting Facebook which is affecting the creation of Facebook Fundraisers and donations to Facebook Fundraisers. We are closely monitoring the status here - https://metastatus.com/ - and will post an update here once we have one.

We are aware of an issue when registering for an event via the DonorDrive Mobile App. At the moment it is currently not possible to complete the registration process. All other app functionality is up and running. We will post an update here when we have an update.

We are aware of multiple issues affecting our Facebook Fundraiser integration. At the moment it is not possible to create a Facebook Fundraiser from DonorDrive nor is it possible to receive donations via one’s Facebook Fundraiser. We are currently investigating with Facebook and will post updates as are available. Please reach out to support@donordrive.com if you have additional questions.

Facebook has acknowledged the issue with their DonorDrive integration and are currently working towards a resolution. We will continue to post updates here as we receive them from Facebook.

The frequency of Facebook errors when participants create Facebook Fundraisers in DonorDrive has consistently fallen below the threshold where a degraded performance status is no longer merited. The fix is now live to ensure data will flow as expected into Salesforce via the DonorDrive Nonprofit Success Pack App. The flow of data will pick up from the last sync. Rest assured that no data has been lost. Please note that the stream of data may be throttled a bit this afternoon until getting back to full performance by this evening. The DonorDrive Knowledge Base and Support Portal are not accessible at the moment. Please note that any inquires submitted via support@donordrive.com will take longer than normal to respond to. All access and data for our Knowledge Base and Support Portal has been successfully restored. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we resolved this issue. The DonorDrive platform and APIs did not experience down time at any point.

We have received reports that some clients cannot access the "Events & Campaigns" area of the DonorDrive Admin. This issue is currently under investigation. Please note, if you are looking for data related to your event, you can access this via Reports --> Event Reports --> Select your Fiscal Year --> Select your Event --> Event Snapshot. We will post an update here as soon as we have more information around the accessibility issue.

Facebook's services are currently unavailable. As a result, Facebook Fundraisers may not be able to be created, and fundraising progress may not sync quickly with existing Facebook Fundraisers. We are monitoring the situation and will provide an update as soon as Facebook has resolved their issues.

From 2:45PM - 4:04PM EDT Authorize.net was not processing any transactions. If you use Authorize.net as your payment gateway with DonorDrive, no credit card donations processed on your DonorDrive site during that time period. Please check https://status.authorize.net/ for the current status of and future Authorize.net status updates. We are sorry for any and all issues this caused your donors and fundraisers.

We discovered an issue with Scheduled Messages due to platform maintenance this morning. Scheduled Messages will be delayed but will be sent once the issue has been resolved. We will update this page when Scheduled Messages are sending again. Thank you for your patience.

Scheduled Message sends have resumed. We had to squash a last minute bug that was uncovered during platform maintenance. Thank you for your patience on a resolution. Please email support@donordrive.com if you have any specific questions.

On Monday, July 12th, 2021 platform upgrades were conducted. The upgrades caused an issue where Scheduled Messages set to send on "day of event" were queued to immediately send regardless of the event date. Note that the date range of messages affected were \+/- one year from July 12th, 2021. To minimize the impact of the discovered bug we paused all Scheduled Message sends at 7:28AM. We implemented a bug fix at 1:30PM and resumed Scheduled Message sends. Some "day of event" messages that were queued up before we paused sends were sent around 8:00PM. These sends were due to the original bug which has been resolved. We do not expect any further occurrence of erroneous Schedule Message sends. Please note that this impacted a small subset of clients and messages. We are sorry for difficulty this caused you and your supporters.
