A problem with RCS (Store cards) processing via the Gateway Platform has been identified. Teams are currently attending to the problem.
This problem for RCS transactions on the Gateway Platform has been resolved.
A problem with the Mobile/Cellphone App and Payout requests has been identified. For those that do encounter the issue, please use your Merchant dashboard (not the App) for both scheduled and Immediate Payout requests.

We’re aware of a fraudulent email currently being sent to consumers, requesting confirmation of card details and urging recipients to click a link. This email is not from Payfast. It is a phishing scam and should be deleted immediately. This matter has been escalated to our internal security teams and reported to the relevant authorities. A problem with Aggregation processing has been identified. Buyers will experience intermittent issues with processing. Teams are urgently attending to the issue.
This problem has been resolved for Aggregation processing. We are continuing to keep close eyes on the system.
Between 08:35 and 09:17, Nedbank card issuers will have experienced problems completing card payments due to an external issue on the 3D Secure leg of transactions. Both our Aggregation and Gateway platform were impacted. This problem has been resolved.
