We have identified that the Zendesk issues is being caused by a system failure on Cloudflare. Cloudflare are aware and are working on the issue.

We have identified a degradation with An Post label generation this afternoon and have raised this with their Service Desk. We will update you as soon as we have further information. Please check back here for updates on this issue.

An Post has confirmed that the issue has been identified, and that they are working with Microsoft Azure to resolve. We will update you again once we have further information.

Our monitoring has shown recovery of the An Post service over the last 30 minutes. Microsoft Azure status page advises that they expect full recovery by 23:30 today 29th October. We will continue to monitor and confirm full resolution once we've received an update from An Post

We have identified the root cause of the issue with our reporting database. This issue is being worked on as a matter of urgency. We are currently implementing a fix. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

A fix has been successfully implemented for the reporting feature. All dashboards now have up-to-date information, including data for August. Root Cause Analysis: During a recent system upgrade from a subprocessor that provides our data transfer, an issue occurred with the data transfer process to our reporting database. This prevented August data from being displayed in your dashboards. After unsuccessful attempts by the 3rd party to apply a quick fix, our team implemented a new, improved data transfer. This new process was deployed today, and it not only resolves the issue but also gives Scurri full control and ownership over the data transfer, allowing us to fix any future issues much faster. All data is now being successfully transferred to the reporting database. We'll continue to monitor the data closely over the next few days to ensure the solution remains stable. We sincerely apologise for the disruption and frustration this issue has caused. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve it.
