**ST Math Outage Notice and Resolution**Some of our users experienced difficulties authenticating into ST Math between 5:31 AM and 9:00 AM PDT on May 15th, 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. **What Happened:** The outage was caused by a failed update that resulted in unexpected errors for some users. These errors were due to code issues that were not discovered because some important test cases were missed. **How We Fixed It:** Our team worked diligently to identify and resolve the issue. The service was fully restored by 9:00 AM PDT.

Incorrect changes to the ST Math game curriculum were applied by mistake. We are working to remedy the situation. Learners in 3rd to 5th grades might see the incorrect journey. Teachers of 3rd to 5th grades might have trouble loading classes or learners with alerts.

Most students are not impacted, and only a few teachers are affected. A resolution is being tested and prepared for deployment.

Teachers should not be getting errors looking at classes and students should be able to play. There are still some final changes to revert and continued monitoring of the problem.

We are applying a fix and will be down for approximately 30 minutes.

During our assessment of the situtation we were able to identify and implement several fixes associated with the 16.4 IOS update.
