January 8, 2026 4:18PM UTC Scheduled - We will be adding new IP addresses to the US Central pool of SiteBacker testing locations. These are expected to be active as soon as January 21, 2026. Please whitelist these IP's if they are monitoring endpoints that may block external IP's. 156.154.96.153 156.154.96.154 2610:a1:306c:128::153 2610:a1:306c:128::154 Where can I find the full set of source IP's? https://ultra-portalstatic.ultradns.com/static/console/docs/Traffic_Management_IPs_for_Probing.html has all current monitoring IP's and will be updated in near future to include the new source IP's. Which products does this apply to? SiteBacker, Traffic Controller, Simple Monitor/Failover, Simple Load Balancing. If you do not use any of these products, this notice is not relevant to you. Do these new IP's need to be whitelisted? It depends on your environment. If your monitored endpoints are open to the Internet, whitelisting is not required. If you block some external IP's from accessing your monitored endpoints, you may need to add these IP's to your existing whitelist. What happens if these IP's are not whitelisted and are blocked by your side? It's possible there will be false alarms on your monitored pools and that US Central region will be considered failed for a probe. Please note that typically you need more than one region in failure for a failover to backup records to occur. January 21, 2026 12:00AM UTC Active - Scheduled maintenance is starting. January 21, 2026 6:00AM UTC Completed - Scheduled maintenance is complete.
