We are currently investigating some loss of functionality on the platform, specifically Video uploads to the Activity feed are not working. We’re investigating.
The issue with videos not uploading to the Activity feed continues. We have found the problem, which relates to changes in the third-party service used in Activity for video encoding. We are all hands on deck to get this fixed as quickly as we can, which will take some time. Video uploading continues to work elsewhere on the platform. Thanks for your patience.

We are currently investigating some loss of functionality on the platform.Some users are experiancing problems uploading files to Jostle when using Chrome. While we are investigating the work around is to use another browser (e.g. Edge). We would appreciate if you would let us know at [email protected] and please tell us if you know if ithers in your organization are having similar issues. Sorry for the inconvience.
We have traced the issue to some changes in Chrome and now have a fix in QA, with expected deploy early week of July 2.

We are experiencing an issue with the Login button preventing some users from logging in. For now, the workaround is to use the incognito/private mode on the browser or clear cookies and cache. We are investigating.

We are currently experiencing technical issues with our platform's integration with Twitter, causing new Tweets to not publish to our customer's Activity feed. We are actively investigating the root cause of this issue as well as possible solutions to resolve it. We'll provide an update as we have more information.
We’ve made the difficult decision to end support for Jostle’s Twitter/X integration. Over the past several months, Twitter has been making rapid changes to its API without advance notice, documentation, or support to those using it. This API made it possible for your Tweets to appear in the Activity feed; unfortunately, when making their changes, Twitter broke our integration. After much exploration and investigation, we have concluded there is no reliable path forward to continue integrating Twitter/X with the Jostle platform. We know this is disappointing news, and we share in that disappointment.
Unfortunately a recent change by Google to their Direct File Upload API affected our upload process for some Libraries that are integrated with Google Drive. A fix is currently being tested and we will be deploying a patch to fix this as soon as possible. Email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
