   Our UK freephone number (+448008021281) has been unreachable since 6:40 AM. We are working with our 3rd party provider to fix the issue. Our other contact number, usually meant for customers who are abroad (+44 20 3872 0620) is working well. If you need to contact us via telephone, even from the UK, please use +44 20 3872 0620. This is a basic rate number so your typical carrier charges will apply. If your request is not urgent, you can call us back when our freephone number is back up. We will update this status again in 1 hour, or as soon as we've made significant progress.

   We've identified the cause of the problem and we're working on a fix. We're currently running the Monzo app in a backup mode but you're still able to use your card as usual, make ATM withdrawals, and receive inbound and make outbound bank transfers.

   Monzo isn’t directly impacted by the global Crowdstrike and Microsoft IT outage and our services are working as normal. You can make payments and do your day-to-day banking as usual. The outage is impacting some of our third party suppliers, meaning submitting cheques in-app, crediting in-app cheque payments and viewing credit insights aren’t available right now. They'll be back up and running once the outage is fixed.

   Bank transfers. We're aware that some high street banks may be be experiencing issues sending and receiving bank transfers from and to their accounts. We're monitoring the situation and expect this to be solved soon. Monzo's systems are unaffected.
