Dear Traders, We are currently experiencing industry-wide market data and liquidity disruptions caused by a CME Group outage impacting liquidity providers. More details can be found via the link https://www.reuters.com/business/cme-trading-halted-due-cooling-issue-data-centers-2025-11-28/ Market liquidity remains significantly lower than normal, and liquidity providers are quoting spreads wider than usual. To ensure uninterrupted service during these abnormal conditions, we have widened spreads on several instruments, including GOLD (XAUUSD). Our team is actively monitoring the situation with liquidity partners and will provide updates as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding

An incident with Copy-trading module caused the closure of active copy-trading strategies. Because of the incident, the following facilities have been taken offline for investigation and maintenance: - Copy-trading module - In-wallet Exchange 'Total funds' summary will not be shown on the main page of the account until the incident is resolved, because it includes funds in copy-trading strategies and followings. Indications of wallet and trading account balances are not affected. Our team working to restore the closed strategies as soon as possible. We will update as more information becomes available.

We have completed recovery after the incident that caused the liquidation of Strategies on October 17th, 2023. Strategies affected by the incident have been successfully restored. Followings of the strategies have been restored as well. If there were open positions on a trading account of a strategy before the incident, they have also been restored. Please note that if there were a fee for closing and re-opening positions, it has been fully compensated: you can see the compensation as an ‘Adjustment’ type of deposit on Strategy’s Account statement. This ensures that the strategy equity and its Profit % remain the same. However, pending orders (Stop and Limit) and position protection orders (Take Profit and Stop Loss) were not restored. If you're a strategy manager, please review your strategy account, attach required protection orders to open positions, and place stop and limit orders as your trading strategy requires. Following the TRON network upgrade (Periander upgrade), PrimeXBT is additionally verifying and monitoring withdrawals over the TRON network (TRC-20) to ensure a smooth transition and safety of clients’ transactions after the network upgrade. Due to the additional verification, withdrawals over the TRON network (TRC-20) may be delayed on Tuesday, July 11th, 2023. Withdrawals over other blockchains - Bitcoin, Ethereum (ERC-20), BSC (BEP-20), - and deposits over all blockchains are not affected by this additional check. We will notify additionally once the verification is completed.
We have completed checks of the TRON network withdrawal processing. All pending TRC-20 withdrawals due today have been processed and released.
There are delays with processing BEP-20 deposits and withdrawals (transfers over the BSC blockchain): * Some users may experience delays with processing their withdrawals over the BSC blockchain. * Crediting BEP-20 token deposits over the BSC blockchain is delayed for recent deposits. Deposits and withdrawals over other blockchains: Bitcoin, Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20) – are unaffected. Please be assured that your funds are safe. All pending deposits will be credited to user accounts, and delayed withdrawals will be released once our team resolves the processing issue. Our team is working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. We will post further updates as soon as there is additional information.

PrimeXBT utilizes Cloudflare infrastructure to provide access to the trading platform globally. Because of the incident, our users in the APAC region may experience issues loading the web version of the platform. If you experience issues loading the web version of the platform, we recommend using PrimeXBT mobile app to access your account. We are monitoring the situation with Cloudflare services

We are currently observing an issue with price quotes from one of our liquidity providers. The price quotes are being delayed for Forex and CFDs instruments. Because of the issue, users may experience order execution rejections due to missing quotes. We are aware of the issue and are currently working with our liquidity provider to restore the price feed as soon as possible. We are looking into it as a priority and should fix it in the nearest time

Platform is currenlty experiencing issues with processing account logins. It may take longer time to log in to account after entering password. In addition, users of iOS and Android mobile apps may have issues with chart loading in the app. It does not affect trading. We are looking into it. Meanwhile, we recommend waiting up to 1 minute after entering password and pushing 'Log in' button before taking another attempt if you have not been logged in immediately. We are currently observing an issue with price quotes for Crypto markets from one of our liquidity providers. The price quotes may be delayed. Forex, Indices, and Commodities markets are not affected by this outage. Also, there may be delays with processing of deposits already sent to PrimeXBT via Tron network. We have resolved the issue that caused TRC-20 deposit delays. All pending deposits of TRC-20 tokens have been processed and the funds have been credited to the clients' wallets. New deposits via Tron network are processed without delays now.
We observe performance issues with the PrimeXBT platform: - Internal transfers between account Wallets and Margin accounts may be delayed. - In-wallet Exchange service may be unavailable temporarily. If you received an error trying to exchange cryptocurrencies with the service, we recommend repeating an attempt in a few minutes. - Users may be unable to claim a reward for completing qualifying tasks. All users will be able to claim earned rewards once the issue is resolved. Our team is working on restoring the performance of the platform as soon as possible. All client funds are safe and unaffected. We will update the status as soon as the issue is permanently resolved.

Users of PrimeXBT app on Android devices and the old iOS app may experience an issue with continuous app loading after login. We are investigating it. For iOS users, we recommend installing our new app: it has been improved significantly and has more features.
