   Nous voyons des erreurs et des délais élevés de l'une des API de nos partenaires SIS, qui semblent être la source de ces retards. Les importations pour les écoles sur cette plate-forme prennent beaucoup plus de temps que la normale à terminer, et comme les emplois de SIS partagent une file d'attente de traitement, l'arriéré retarde également les écoles sur d'autres plates-formes SIS. Ceci est également plus large que notre première mise à jour indiquée. En plus des retards dans l'importation de données dans Ruvna, la rétractation du SIS de la Présence est retardée. La présence enregistrée à Ruvna n'est pas actuellement postée dans votre SIS selon l'horaire habituel. La présence à Ruvna est sauvée et précise, et rien n'a besoin d'être réintroduit. Les dossiers en attente seront réécrits dans votre SIS une fois que la file d'attente aura disparu. La fréquentation, l'affichage des listes et toutes les autres fonctions de Ruvna continuent de fonctionner normalement. Nous nous efforçons de limiter l'impact des importations touchées sur le reste de la file d'attente et nous surveillons le statut de notre partenaire.
