Between 17:01 and 17:51 UTC, customers experienced delays accessing payment receipts and viewing recent transactions in their transaction history. Some terminals were also unable to send or print receipts during this period. Payment acceptance was not affected — all payments processed normally throughout the incident.

**Pix outgoing transfers are currently unavailable** We are aware that Pix outgoing transfers are not working. Incoming transfers remain unaffected. Our team is actively engaged in restoring the service. Full resolution depends on an external dependency, and we expect service to resume tomorrow (15/02) by 10am.
