Effective 03/01/2025...We recently learned that upcoming change to Lithuania telephony dial format that will affect the existing shared telephony line. The new dial format will use a "0" in front and replace "8". The new number for Lithuania is 0 800 30 451. We’ve identified an issue where users hosted on the EU Production environment were unable to access the Convercent service. We’ve determined that the issue was the result of an incorrect configuration that utilised an outdated certification. We’ve amended the configuration, which has successfully resolved the issue. This Issue would have affected users between the 5th Jan 2025, 00:00 UTC to the 6th Jan 2025, 09:50 UTC Root cause analysis investigations have been initiated and an RCA will be provided.
We’ve identified an issue affecting the delivery of OneTrust emails serviced by our third party provider SendGrid. Customers hosted in EU Production may notice a delay in the delivery of email notifications from the platform. We’re investigating this issue further and we’ll provide an update as soon as possible.
