We are currently investigating an issue with Marketing Automation where: 1) Conversations are not showing 2) Push messages are being sent but do not appear in a conversation 3) Push messages are being accessed from the phone but no message appears when pressed

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

We are currently investigating and working with Legend.

We have identified an issue with the Legend strikes feature. This has been raised with Legend. Until this issue is resolved the Legend strikes feature will be disabled for all accounts. This will be happening in the next 5 mins.

Further reports suggest this is not affect all Legend customers however a fix has been identified by Legend and is being worked on. This is planned to be released by 10:00UTC.

An issue with the smart tile client going down and not reconnecting has been identified. If the smart tile client doesn't restart automatically then a manual restart should resolve the problem.

We have had reports of users not being able to cancel classes. At this stage this appears to be a Legend wide issue. Legend are aware.

Legend have applied a fix for the issue noted earlier where users were not able to cancel a class in the app when it was booked through the app. They are monitoring going forward but the issue now seems to be resolved.

We’re currently seeing issues with event bookings and related features (like attendance and guest check-in) for some customers using a specific MFA provider. Our team is working to fix this and expects it to be resolved within the next 30–60 minutes. All other services are working as expected.

We're receiving reports that Legend Online Services is experiencing an outage affecting most customers. As such the identity and booking features for Legend customers within the app are not functioning.

We’re currently experiencing a small issue in the Cockpit component -Lead Generation module. This however does not affect the functionality of the lead generation module within the app. Our team is on it and working to resolve the issue smoothly. We have identified an issue with the SSL certificate for the Gladstone Cockpit. The cause has been identified and we're working with Gladstone to resolve the issue.

The certificates have been updated and the Cockpit is now operational again.

New downloaded app initial opens were affected whilst there was a partial outage of the AWS Frankfurt Region. Normal service resumed at 16:50 GMT.
