Service Update: Temporary Analytics Delay We’re currently experiencing a temporary disruption in analytics dashboards due to a global AWS infrastructure outage impacting multiple services across the web. What to expect: -Analytics dashboards may not load or display the latest data until AWS systems are fully restored. -Once AWS recovery is complete, our team will re-run all ETL processes to backfill data. During this period, some dashboards may appear slightly behind. -The Reports section remains available and should load normally, though performance may slow if multiple filters are applied simultaneously. What’s next: Our engineering team is closely monitoring AWS’ progress and will restore full analytics functionality as soon as their systems are stable. We experienced a temporary disruption in analytics dashboards yesterday, due to a global AWS infrastructure outage impacting multiple services across the web. The issue is now resolved and the analytics dashboards are currently getting the data up to date.

On June 17th, 2025, approximately between 2:03 pm and 2:20 pm Eastern time, Sticky.io experienced a temporary outage that affected merchants’ interface as well as APIs, due to an internal error with a backend data update. Once the root issue was identified, the team quickly reverted the update, which restored service stability. The Engineering team has since reviewed and updated deployment protocols to prevent this type of incidents from occurring again in the future.

We have detected intermittent problems with scheduled rebilling starting on February 27th. However, no order data, either current or new, has been impacted or lost. Our team is actively investigating the issue and we will provide an update within the next 30 minutes.

From February 27th to 11:30 AM Eastern on February 28th, we detected a time zone configuration issue during a critical database update process that led to intermittent problems with scheduled rebilling. This issue has been addressed and corrected. Moving forward, all scheduled rebills will run at their normally scheduled time and any rebills that were missed will be processed with the next scheduled rebill job.

Between 3:50 AM EST and 3:55 am on 1/23/23 one of our databases experienced a higher-than-normal load resulting in a restart of the server. During this 4-minute window, some merchant operations, including new orders, failed to process for some customers. As of 3:55 AM EST, the issue has been fully resolved.

We have successfully recreated the affected database cluster and are in the process of deploying and testing now.

Our engineering Team has deployed and tested the new database cluster. We can confirm that normal operations have been restored for most affected systems. Please note that Analytics operations may still be impacted while we bring the system back to full stability. However, we are now seeing heathy web and API traffic and transactions being processed across all previously affected instances. We will continue to update as we work to fully resolve the issue.

Some customers may receive an error when accessing our API documentation. We are working with our third-party provider to resolve this. The API, CRM, and other systems are responding normally, only the documentation is affected.
