Rodger's Connectivity — Customers are reporting that Rogers connectivity has been down since approximately 1:30 AM CT. Per Greg Fulton, there were routing-related issues with Rogers during changes performed last night. It appears Rogers may have made an additional change following CHG-6087 that disrupted our network connectivity. From a CustOps perspective, the devices appear to be online and successfully connected to the carrier network. We are also seeing some traffic pass intermittently, which suggests the issue is likely beyond the device or carrier registration layer. This will need to be escalated to the Rogers support team for further investigation into the network and routing path.
