Amazon Web Services encountered a surge in error rates within their API (application programming interface), leading to difficulties in accessing SchoolMint Enroll for approximately thirty minutes. Amazon has successfully resolved this issue, restoring normal service.
We released an update on Hero at midnight, which included a new feature to better manage student records. Unfortunately, this failed to display the records for some students. Our team identified and corrected the issue at 10:30 am CT. We can confirm no data was lost and the issue has been fully resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
SchoolMint identified an issue with standard database maintenance on Hero that degraded log-in abilities. We have resolved this issue and are continuing to monitor system functionality.
