Some terminals were also unable to send or print receipts during this period. Payment acceptance was not affected — all payments processed normally throughout the incident.

Our team is actively engaged in restoring the service. Full resolution depends on an external dependency, and we expect service to resume tomorrow (15/02) by 10am.
