The affected hardware has been replaced and all servers are online again. Backups may take up to 24 hours to resume their schedules, but can be run manually any time, and restarting the Servosity service will resume their schedules with no delay. Please reach out to support@servosity.com with any remaining issues and we'll be glad to help.

We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
This morning, starting at around 8:45 AM Eastern time, we experienced an issue with one of our DNS providers, causing servosity.com and other domains to become unavailable. The issue was resolved at around 9:35 AM Eastern time. During this time, our portal at cp.servosity.com, as well as some of our backup servers, were inaccessible. Servosity One backups already in progress would have continued uploading data, but may not have completed a successful job. Any Servosity One backup job that was interrupted will automatically be reattempted. Servosity Classic backup jobs already in progress should retry and finish successfully. Any Servosity Classic backups that should have started during this window will need to be run manually. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The SVT12 server is back online and the recovery is complete. Thank you for your understanding.
Our SMTP provider had an issue from 7pm 9/15 - 6am 9/16 where it rejected all email because of an SSL certificate issue. The rejected messages will not be delivered. This means that our CheckCentral reporting will show that no messages were received last night and all checks will be overdue. The actual backups were not affected, and backup status information on the Servosity control panel is correct. This issue has been resolved and current emails are being delivered successfully.

The issue with our ticketing system is resolved.
We were able to repair the reporting issue yesterday, and as of this morning all reporting should be caught up. Please inform Servosity support of any remaining issues and we will troubleshoot those individually. Thanks for your patience.
