   W sobotę, 10 października, kilka zaplanowanych procesów w tle na lepki. Platforma Io była opóźniona, gdy nasz zespół przeprowadzał rutynową konserwację. Nasz zespół inżynieryjny zidentyfikował problem tego ranka i pracował w kolejce przez cały dzień. Opóźnione powtarzające się zamówienia były przetwarzane, gdy kolejka się załapała, więc niektóre rebills działał później niż planowany czas.    On June 17th, 2025, approximately between 2:03 pm and 2:20 pm Eastern time, Sticky.io experienced a temporary outage that affected merchants’ interface as well as APIs, due to an internal error with a backend data update. Once the root issue was identified, the team quickly reverted the update, which restored service stability. The Engineering team has since reviewed and updated deployment protocols to prevent this type of incidents from occurring again in the future.

This issue has been addressed and corrected. Moving forward, all scheduled rebills will run at their normally scheduled time and any rebills that were missed will be processed with the next scheduled rebill job.
