The new dial format will use a "0" in front and replace "8". The new number for Lithuania is 0 800 30 451. We’ve determined that the issue was the result of an incorrect configuration that utilised an outdated certification. We’ve amended the configuration, which has successfully resolved the issue. This Issue would have affected users between the 5th Jan 2025, 00:00 UTC to the 6th Jan 2025, 09:50 UTC Root cause analysis investigations have been initiated and an RCA will be provided.

A transitional period is anticipated within which operators will be able to keep both the 8-digit and 10-digit formats. We have been informed that both old and new formats will receive calls until December 31st, 2024, after that only the new format will be able to receive calls.The updated shared number has passed testing and is ready for use.
