We are currently experiencing an issue where the Route service has become unreachable due to a sudden spike in traffic. This increase in load caused a temporary service disruption. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working on restoring full functionality as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as we make progress.
Kissflow - APAC went down
All the kissflow domains are up and accessible.
The cloudflare team has conveyed that they have rolled out the fixes for the issue, and they are currently monitoring the results. The kissflow domains are currently accessible after the fix. We are also currently monitoring for any issues.
Cloudflare team has confirmed that they are facing an internal 500 issue error. They have not mentioned a specified resolution timeline as of now. We are closely following up with them.
There is a global intermittent outage with Cloudflare, our DNS provider, which is causing service unavailability. Currently, our services are unavailable in US regions, and according to Cloudflare's latest status update, Customers using the Dashboard / Cloudflare APIs are impacted as requests might fail and/or errors may be displayed.

The issue has been resolved by the Cloudflare team, and they have confirmed that all services are now operating normally across the region.

The US region, which hosts many of Kissflow's core services, is mostly recovered, but there is no ETA for full restoration yet from GCP. [Resolved] Snowflake Service Disruption – US Central Region Current Status: The issue has been resolved, and Snowflake has implemented a fix. Their team is currently monitoring the environment to ensure all services are fully stable. While no issues are observed at this time, they have stated that they will continue to monitor until full confidence in recovery is achieved. Impact: During the incident window, customers hosted in the affected US Central region may have been unable to access or use Snowflake services and features. This may have impacted some data-related operations in our application relying on Snowflake. The issue has been resolved. The Kissflow Application is now fully operational in the APAC region. Our team is continuously monitoring the system for any abnormalities.
Root Cause: Due to an increase in the connection count for the APAC customer database, we proceeded with an immediate fix by upgrading the MongoDB tier. We are actively monitoring the infra and DB. The system is currently handling incoming requests without an issue. We're actively checking the root cause and will share an update regarding this further.
