We are aware of an issue with IP Access Filtering causing student devices to fail to connect even when on a permitted network. Devices outside of a permitted network will continue to remain blocked. Customers without IP Access Filtering enabled will continue to operate normally. Our engineers have a fix prepared and are working to get it deployed quickly. If your teachers are still not seeing classes imported from Clever, the Site Admin may need to initiate a manual resync from LanSchool Air > Settings > Setup.
