Monitoring alerts triggered an investigation that quickly isolated the issue to an application-level fault affecting request handling for a subset of sessions. Engineering implemented a targeted patch to remediate the fault and restore normal service.
Meridian is investigating an outage of SMS messaging.
We continue to experience service disruptions due to the AWS update affecting the or SMS gateway provider, Twilio. Requests with a delivered success code are queued for delivery upon recovery, while those with failure codes need resending post-restoration. Twilio anticipates no data loss once recovery is achieved.

Our upstream provider network for payment has notified Meridian of a disruption and is currently investigating. Updates will be provided as more details become available. Customers using Datacap may be affected.
We are currently monitoring intermittent service disruptions impacting payment processing and partner portal access for some U.S. regions. The issue originates with one of our downstream third-party providers, which in turn relies on additional upstream network providers. Meridian systems and our direct upstream partner's network, Datacap, remain operational, and traffic continues to process. Reportedly, some users may experience intermittent timeouts, retries, or brief failovers during transactions. We are actively monitoring the situation and awaiting confirmed updates from our upstream partners. We will continue to post updates as we receive verified information from our providers.

Our engineers are investigating an outage on the Mzero Manage Server.
We have received reports of an outage affecting kiosk reporting capabilities into Mzero Manage. As a result, kiosks may appear offline and need to report data. The issue is related to the maintenance window on February 29th. Our Engineers are working to restore the reporting endpoint. Once the service is restored, the kiosks will backfill any deferred reports during the outage. Depending on the reported data, it may take some time to clear the reporting backlogs once the service is restored.
The kiosk reporting endpoint service has been restored and is now receiving data from the kiosks. As indicated in the previous update, it may take time for each kiosk to clear its reporting backlog, depending on the volume of data that needs to be reported.
