Incident Time: May 25, 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM PT We experienced a temporary issue where a certificate used by Outlook, Teams, and Corporate APIs was not renewed as expected, resulting in an expired certificate being served to some users. This may have caused browser security warnings or connection issues during that time. The issue has been identified and resolved. Certificate renewal is now functioning normally, and secure access has been fully restored. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We have identified that an update to our permissions structure has resulted in some users being unable to access Namepages to which they have been added as co-admins. We are working on rolling back the update that caused this issue and plan to resolve the issue by April 2.

Starting on the morning of March 13, we received several monitoring notifications of downtime for our Canvas, web app, and API products. After investigation, we determined that the downtime was caused by one of our backend services running out of memory. We have removed unused resources and increased the amount of memory allocated to the service, and our internal dashboards indicate that our products are now functioning as expected. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure it is fully resolved. Once we have confirmed that the issue is fully resolved, we will conduct a postmortem to identify and take steps to prevent this issue from recurring.

Our team became aware of an issue with the web application at 17:36 UTC through triggering of automated monitors. Engineers are currently investigating the cause and implementing a fix.
A hotfix for the issue has been deployed and we are continuing to monitor the application.
Engineers discovered an issue with a database certificate configuration for one of our services. A hotfix has been pushed to our production environment and steps have been taken to prevent this type of issue from occurring again in the fututre.
On Friday (5/17) at 2:00 pm (PST), we began investigating a potential issue with the recording feature on the Outlook web version.
Today, we confirmed that the problem is due to a recent update by Microsoft. Our enginners are currently working on a solution, and we anticipate deploying the fix between Tuesday and Wednesday. The issue impacts all clients using the Outlook web version, preventing them from creating new recordings. The current workaround is to use the desktop version of Outlook.

Monitors indicated an outage following a routine code release for the static.name-coach.com site on 4/5/2023 starting at 09:31 AM UTC. Subsequent investigation revealed that the scheduled release conflicted with configurations recently applied to static.name-coach.com during a scheduled maintenance on 3/30/2023. Steps have been taken to prevent this conflict from occuring after future releases.
