Following the TRON network upgrade (Periander upgrade), PrimeXBT is additionally verifying and monitoring withdrawals over the TRON network (TRC-20) to ensure a smooth transition and safety of clients’ transactions after the network upgrade. Due to the additional verification, withdrawals over the TRON network (TRC-20) may be delayed on Tuesday, July 11th, 2023. Withdrawals over other blockchains - Bitcoin, Ethereum (ERC-20), BSC (BEP-20), - and deposits over all blockchains are not affected by this additional check. We will notify additionally once the verification is completed.

We have completed checks of the TRON network withdrawal processing. All pending TRC-20 withdrawals due today have been processed and released.

There are delays with processing BEP-20 deposits and withdrawals (transfers over the BSC blockchain): * Some users may experience delays with processing their withdrawals over the BSC blockchain. * Crediting BEP-20 token deposits over the BSC blockchain is delayed for recent deposits. Because of the issue, users may experience order execution rejections due to missing quotes. If you received an error trying to exchange cryptocurrencies with the service, we recommend repeating an attempt in a few minutes. - Users may be unable to claim a reward for completing qualifying tasks. All users will be able to claim earned rewards once the issue is resolved. Our team is working on restoring the performance of the platform as soon as possible. Dear PrimeXBT users, We investigate an issue with data missing on Crypto and Forex charts in Maring trading and Covesitng Strategy accounts. Traders may observe price candles missing for some time intervals on Crypto and Forex charts. While we investigate the issue, traders may experience short-term interruptions - between 1 to 5 minutes - of chart loading in their Margin and Covesting accounts. Execution of orders will not be affected by chart loading interruptions. Stay updated on platform status via https://status.primexbt.com/ prior to and throughout the maintenance.

We observe issues with the accessibility of the Trade terminal. The Trade terminal may not load and re-load periodically without completing the loading. Our team is working to identify the issue and fix it as soon as possible

We observe delays receiving price quotes from our liquidity provider for FX, Indices, and Commodities markets. As an STP broker, we depend on liquidity providers to quote prices and fill client orders that we pass to them directly for execution. Limit and stop orders will be filled at the first available quote, a market order may be rejected if there is no price quote to fill it. We work with the liquidity provider to resolve the issue with the quote feed as soon as possible.
