AWS has reported an increase in error rates and latencies in accessing several AWS services in the US-EAST-1 region where BHN Rewards application is hosted. This has impacted our ability to service API requests and integrations. You may see increased errors while accessing our API or while using our integrations. Conflicting AWS routes added as a part of internal changes resulted in certain Webhook URLs from partner platforms becoming unreachable. This resulted in dropped messages from partners regarding the survey/webhook events.

We are currently experiencing email delivery outages. Delivery of all emails from the system is impacted because of this outage. This affects the reward deliveries and operational emails such as order confirmation emails and one-time password emails. We are working with our email provider to restore the email service as soon as possible. We will be posting an update once we have an update from our email provider.
